
Tulalumba Mloge
Tulalumba (Tullah) Mloge is the Head of Partnerships at AGCOT Centre Limited, bringing over 15 years of experience in agricultural development, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement across Tanzania and Germany. She leads AGCOT’s partnership portfolio, fostering collaboration with government institutions, development partners, private sector organizations, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to mobilize investment and drive sustainable agricultural transformation in Tanzania.
Since joining AGCOT Centre in March 2013, Tullah has held several key positions, including Principal Executive Assistant to the CEO, Cluster Manager, and Partnership Coordinator. Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, facilitating agribusiness investments, and strengthening collaboration to advance inclusive agricultural growth.
Before joining AGCOT, Tullah gained international experience through professional assignments at the Embassy of the United Republic of Tanzania in Berlin and Klippstein Betriebsverpflegungs GmbH in Germany, enhancing her expertise in international cooperation, business operations, and cross-cultural engagement.
Tullah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Applied Sciences Nürtingen-Geislingen, Germany. She is also an alumna of AGRA’s Centre for African Leaders in Agriculture (CALA). Fluent in English, German, and Swahili, she is committed to building impactful partnerships that promote investment, innovation, and sustainable agricultural transformation.
